Welcome to the BIO-Asia 2007 Partnering System!
Company executives attending the BIO-Asia Partnering Conference 2007 must request and confirm appointments with potential partners through the online BIO-Asia Partnering system. Once registered, attendees will receive via e-mail a login, password and detailed instructions on how to use the BIO-Asia Partnering System.
Only registered conference attendees are able to participate in partnering meetings. If you have not registered for the BIO-Asia Partnering Conference 2007, proceed to Registration and follow the instructions for your company's appropriate region.

Partnering Deadlines
Following are a list of important tasks and deadlines for the online BIO-Asia Partnering System. Please complete the tasks by the deadlines provided below.
DUE NOW- Complete your "Company Profile". Complete tasks, relevant to your company, under the company profile section. You must complete your profile in order to request meetings.
January 19 - Deadline to complete first round of meeting requests.
January 22 - Preliminary partnering schedule available on the web site.
January 22-26 - Request more appointments on the BIO-Asia web site.
January 26 - Last day to request meetings prior to the conference using the online BIO-Asia Partnering System.
January 27 - Final pre-conference partnering meeting schedule is available on the web site.
January 28 - Additional requests can be submitted/accepted onsite in Tokyo at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo during the Welcome Reception.
January 29-30 - Additional requests can be submitted/accepted onsite in Tokyo at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo during BIO-Asia. Meetings will take place in private meeting space at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel. Pick up your conference badge at the Welcoming Reception on January 28 at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
About The Bio Partnering System
The BIO Partnering System was developed by BIO to meet the unique needs of the life science business development community. It features customized tools that help attendees promote their company and licensing opportunities and perform detailed searches to identify and then communicate with prospective partners to pre-schedule meetings at BIO's partnering conferences.
BIO will assign the date, time and location for meetings confirmed through the Partnering System. Meetings will be 45 minutes in-length (40 minutes with a 5-minute change period) and will take place on Monday, January 29 and Tuesday, January 30 in private meeting space at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel.
