Hotel reservations for BIO Mid-America Venture Forum at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All reservations, changes and cancellations will be made on an individual basis. Group attendees can secure/modify and/or cancel their housing as follows:
- Telephone Hotel's Reservation Department by calling 1-414-270-6006 direct, or toll free at 1-800-233-1234
- Hotel will enforce a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation penalty. Any reservation cancellations that are received prior to seventy-two hours of arrival will not incur a penalty,
- Reservations cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one-night's room and tax.
The BIO rate of $149.00 has ended. The cut off date to make a reservation was 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) Friday, September 7, 2007. Any reservations received after this time will be based upon availability of both space and rate.
