Shipping Instructions for BVFEast 2005
Marketing Materials: Investor kits and other marketing materials will be displayed during the conference at the Intercontinental Hotel-Buckhead. All kits should be fully contained in one package for easy handling & display.
Kits cannot arrive before Friday, May 6th and must be received by end of day Monday, May 9th. Packages received prior to Friday, May 6th, 2005 will not be accepted. Unused Investor kits should be picked up prior to the conclusion of the conference. Kits will not be returned after the conference.
