Presenting Companies
Presenting companies are required to pay a registration fee in addition to the fee to present.
Companies wishing to present at this conference are invited to submit an "Application to Present."

* A unique registration code number must be used to register at the Additional Attendee Rate on the Web site only. If you are eligible for this rate, please contact BIO customer service at register@bio.org to obtain your code number, or call 202.962.6655.
**Members of the state associations co-hosting this conference must contact BIO customer service at register@bio.org to verify membership in the organization and to receive a unique registration code number to qualify for this rate.
- Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons and evening receptions.
- Cancellation requests must be received in writing by April 25, 2005 to qualify for a refund. Send e-mail requests to register@bio.org. A U.S. $150 administration fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by April 25, 2005. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
- Changes to your registration record may be made by clicking on the URL provided in your e-mail receipt/confirmation. Substitutions, name corrections or contact information changes will be allowed up until your name badge is printed on-site.
- Photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and business card are required to pick up your conference credentials on-site.
- Your company must be a BIO member in good standing on or before May 12, 2005, to receive the BIO Member Rate.
